1. Processing times

Merchandise is produced to order. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.

2. Shipping

We ship across the United States and Europe with tracked services. Typical delivery after dispatch: US 3–7 business days; Europe 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

3. Returns

If you are not satisfied, contact support@smrcorporatellc.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition. Once the return is received and inspected, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full — return shipping on us.
